UniHomes was created to offer the best online accommodation comparison solution for students across the UK to find their perfect student home with bills included.
Letting Agents choose UniHomes as a trusted service to advertise their properties for free, on average across our client base, UniHomes enquiries fill 47% of our clients' portfolios. The ability to showcase properties inclusive of utilities results in a 75% increase in enquiry levels. We then take care of the utilities management so no need for the Letting agents to be involved.
